Restrictions/limits: Flight subject to parking, permits and slot. No smoking flights. Please advise if travelling with pets. Oversized/Extra luggage must be approved by Operator. Please ensure that you always carry all necessary valid documentation, and visas if required by local customs. Always advise your Client Services Team if you have Passengers under the age of 18 travelling alone. Please check with us before travelling with pets for special documentation.

Charter flight as per itinerary, date,departure time and passenger number Catering: as stipulated above Crew costs	Changes in itinerary, date, departure time and/or passenger number De-icing cost (for passenger and ferry flights) On-board roaming (tel or internet) Ground transportation Additional/special catering request	If you cancel the flight you are liable for charges as per the following timetable: More than 28 days : 15% From 28 to 14 days 25 % From 13 to 3 days : 40% From 72h to 48h : 65% Les than 48h/no show 100%
